• If you processed your payment through our booking portal your transaction will appear on your statement as Wise Choice Educational Solutions, Inc.  (You'll also receive a booking confirmation from Bookme.name.) 

• If you made arrangements to pay off-line or have a trust deposit on file, you'll be invoiced mid-month and end of the month with terms net due upon receipt.  

• Payment for services is due prior to the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

• No-show fees are charged for appointments canceled without a 24-hour advanced notice. The no-show fee is equivalent to your session fee. 

• If the session goes beyond the scheduled time, the client will be charged at the regular hourly rate for additional time in .25 hr increments.
